THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

LET'S SEE!

1. Gift art of course is always very welcome and is also something I always wish for. I'd love to see what you guys can come up with.

2. I wish for quite a few DVD's, but of course it wouldn't make much sense for someone outside of Germany to send me a DVD. xD I wouldn't be able to watch it.

3. CD's! CD's are always good. It's really hard to find some CD's in Germany, especially when the band is quite unknown. For example Escape The Fate, A Day To Remember...or ZEBRAHEAD! People here don't know Zebrahead. T__T I'm not that much of a fan, but would love to have at least one of their CD's. MFZB is said to be good.

4. ANYTHING from Hot Topic! I beg you, PLEASE!!!! *falls on knees* If you see something related to Simple Plan there...or Papa Roach or Green Day or Three Days Grace or My Chemical Romance or...idk (note me for further list xD). Even if it's just a f*cking keychain...as long as it's from Hot Topic and from a band I like!

5. Erm...if you have some Simple Plan merchandise you don't need anymore...I'll be more than glad to take it. (If it's not just trash and completely destroyed...) Even if it's just a poster. ^^ Also posters from Papa Roach or My Chemical Romance or...(again please note for further list) are very welcome!!

6. Hm...my subscription will expire anytime soon...a new one is welcome.

7. I'd like to have "Fallout Toyworks" (or however it is called)...it actually seems quite interesting.

8. Uh, I want all episodes of SCARRED on DVD...but please only the ones with Jacoby Shaddix as the host. ^^

9. A new CD by Simple Plan and a private concert by them. xDDD

10. And last, but not least, I wish for....him. Some know who I mean. If you can fulfill me this wish, I'll love you for the rest of my life and beyond.
